Hello, my name is P. Milano (pen name ;)) and I'd like to introduce myself. , I am a university student in my penultimate year undergoing placement. I'm fascinated by global economy and have a keen interest in it. Another area that has caught my interest is equity research, particularly with small and mid-size firms, though I am willing to look at any company, regardless of market cap, if it has the ability to expand and has a compelling story backed by numbers.
This is more of a personal project and a way for me to keep track of my progress in learning about finance, economics, and investing. I was a member of the research team, where I studied and pitched numerous investment ideas to the investment managers IMs, ranging from equities to alternative investments and funds.
I hope that it will also benefit others by offering my perspectives on current events from an economic standpoint. If I have enough solid material, I will submit major economic topics and my investing thesis, which will focus on public and private enterprises.
